She has served organisations of repute like Aditya Birla,Ujjivan Small Bank and Bellfinvest.

Advisory Mr. Subhodeep Dasgupta is a versatile professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning Finance, Operations, Administration, and Digital Marketing within India’s socio-economic sector. His diverse expertise enables him to combine financial strategy, operational management, and digital communication to support organizations working toward meaningful social impact. With strong experience in financial planning, administration, digital outreach, and strategic coordination, he contributes to building efficient systems and expanding organizational reach across different regions of India. A key area of his work is developing strategies to secure multi-crore Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding and connecting organizations with potential institutional partners. He also focuses on streamlining national-level operations, strengthening digital visibility, and supporting sustainable growth of social initiatives. Through his multidisciplinary approach, leadership, and strategic vision, Mr. Dasgupta works toward scaling impactful programs, improving organizational effectiveness, and creating sustainable socio-economic opportunities for communities across India.
Ms. Gauri Kale
Ms. Gauri Kale is a dedicated social worker and women empowerment advocate committed to creating positive social change and promoting the rights, dignity, and development of women and working communities. She actively contributes to initiatives focused on women empowerment, community development, social awareness, and support for underprivileged sections of society. Through her work, she encourages women to become financially, socially, and professionally independent while creating awareness about their rights, opportunities, and responsibilities. Ms. Kale is also associated with Police Mitra, where she contributes to initiatives promoting social responsibility, public awareness, community participation, and cooperation between citizens and law-enforcement authorities. As the Pune District Head of Kamgar Sanghtana, she works toward protecting the welfare, rights, and interests of workers while strengthening their representation and awareness. She also serves as the Pune District Head of Tiger Group, actively supporting organizational activities, community engagement, social awareness, and empowerment initiatives. Her dedication empowered society.
Mr. Sachin Jadhav
Mr. Sachin Jadhav is a dynamic and socially responsible professional with a diverse background in Science, Pharmacy, Hospitality, and community service. A Science graduate and qualified pharmacist, he has gained valuable experience in the hospitality industry, developing strong skills in communication, people management, coordination, and organization. As a committed Rotarian, Mr. Jadhav actively participates in initiatives focused on community welfare, social development, and well-being. His dedication to creating positive change is reflected in his involvement in tree plantation drives, social awareness activities, and marathons organized for meaningful social causes. With a strong belief in inclusive growth and sustainable employment, he is also an active member of Har Ghar Rojgaar, supporting initiatives that promote employment, skill development, entrepreneurship, and livelihood opportunities. Through his leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to social responsibility, Mr. Sachin Jadhav continues to contribute toward building a healthier, greener, inclusive, and empowered society.
Dr.Vandana Satam
Dr. Vandana J. Satam is an accomplished Associate Professor in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at K J Somaiya School of Engineering, where she also serves as the Joint Associate Dean of Student Affairs. She earned her Ph.D. from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, specializing in advanced MIMO antenna design for wireless and satellite applications. With extensive academic and research experience, she has guided more than 35 student projects and contributed numerous research papers to reputed national and international journals and conferences. She successfully completed a University of Mumbai–funded project focused on passive antenna temperature sensors for IoT applications. Proficient in CST, IE3D, and MATLAB, she has developed innovative RF laboratory experiments to strengthen practical learning. She has also completed a Certificate Course in Personal Counseling to support student well-being. Passionate about mentoring, research, teaching, and social engagement, she strives to inspire students and create meaningful academic and social impact.She continues to promote innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and student development through academic and research initiatives.
